Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Identify Potential Clients: Conduct research to identify colleges and educational institutions that would benefit from our products and services. - Lead Generation & Outreach: Connect with potential customers via phone calls, emails, social media, and networking to introduce them to our solutions. - Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our educational technology products to effectively communicate their features and benefits. - Sales Pitching: Customize and present our solutions in a clear manner tailored to the specific needs of each institution. - Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers. - Sales Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads, address their queries, and guide them through the sales process until closure. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback in the CRM system. - Negotiation: Engage in discussions regarding pricing, terms, and other details to close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives. - Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensure their satisfaction, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Growth Contribution: Identify new business opportunities and work towards revenue growth by expanding relationships with current customers. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Build strong relationships with potential clients and drive new business. - Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the edtech space. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve your sales targets. - Collaborate with our team to enhance our market presence.
