Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote product demos for potential customers.
• Communicate product value and guide customers through the sales process.
• Make cold calls, deliver sales pitches, draft professional emails, and schedule demos.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while handling objections.
• Use CRM and sales tools for customer management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Basic IT knowledge preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi
• Strong presentation & interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts (Programming, Databases, Web Apps, CRM, ERP, AI, HR, Payroll, Accounting Software, etc.)
