Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support at CodesCastle Software Pvt. Ltd. located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Inside Sales Support will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales operations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, assisting with sales process operations, and maintaining client relationships.
