Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for Inside Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales strategies.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and promote Software/Solution/IT services.
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to expand the client base.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Conduct follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Prior experience in APAC and SEA regions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales role, preferably in Software, Solution, or IT Services sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
