Job Description

As an International Sales Executive / NRI at our Gurugram Sector 44 location, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into sales through both inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell insurance products to potential clients while meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers is key, along with providing excellent customer service and support during the sales process. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, the ability to meet sales targets, and effectively handle objections. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage high call volumes and work well under pressure. Our interview process consists of two rounds, starting with a Telephonic interview followed by a final in-office interview in Gurugram.
