As an Oracle Inside Sales Representative at Excelencia, a pioneering IT solutions company based in the US with over 15 years of experience, your role will involve driving sales of Oracle's cloud ERP and Infra services solutions. You will engage in outbound and inbound customer interactions to understand their business needs and effectively position our Oracle solutions. This position demands a strong capability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online channels for lead generation and prospecting. You will be responsible for driving sales cycles from initial contact to closure, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas. Moreover, you will need to comprehend customer requirements and recommend Oracle's ERP and Infra solutions to address their business challenges efficiently. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations is crucial for successful customer relationship management. Collaboration with our field sales, marketing, and technical teams is essential to develop account strategies and drive pipeline growth. Staying updated on Oracle's product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape is imperative. You will be required to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system for effective CRM management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and possess at least 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or cloud solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to comprehend complex IT solutions and articulate them in business terms. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is necessary. Experience with CRM tools, such as Zoho, is preferred. A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic will excel in this position.,
