Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales ExecuDve with at least 2 to 5 years of experience in EdTech or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer engagement, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for - generating and converting leads - conducting sales pitches, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: β Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.) β Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients β Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets β Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals β Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies β Keep track of sales activities, prospects, and customer needs in CRM software β Provide regular feedback to the sales team leader and management Requirements: β Minimum 2 to 5 year of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry β Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets β Strong communication and interpersonal skills β Ability to work independently and as part of a team β Excellent time management and organizational skills β Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Show more Show less
