Job Description

You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and qualifying leads to identify potential opportunities. Your duties will include scheduling appointments for the sales team, following up with leads, and tracking progress. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to manage relationships with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to enhance the value offered by the company. Keeping abreast of product and service information and updates, as well as staying informed about competing products and services, is essential. Your responsibilities will also involve creating and managing a database of current and potential customers, as well as expanding the prospect database. You will be required to negotiate and close multiple sales deals to generate high revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, with a strong understanding of the EdTech industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred.,
