Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (IT Staffing, Nearshore, Sales, Inside Sales, Targeted Outreach, Lead Generation, Setting up Customer Meetings

Work Location: Noida, India

Work Type: Onsite 5 days

Working Hours: Night Shift (as per Mexico Time zone)

Staffing Industry experience

Education: Bachelor's degree

Language:

English (advanced)

Spanish (Intermediate to advanced) - Highly preferred

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Great personality and good attitude.
• Individual Sales Contributor role.
• Well versed with Inside Sales, Targeted Outreach, Lead Generation, Setting up Customer Meetings, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and cold calling.
• Well versed with MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, ATS, & CRM tools
• Solid experience in Sales, Business Development and bringing New Logos.
• 2 to 5 years of experience working in IT Staffing industry
• Prior experience with Nearshore hiring.

• Prior Inside sales, business development and sales experience for Mexico and LATAM region is highly preferred.
