Job Description Inside Sales Specialist Job Title: Inside Sales Specilalist Company: JRS Global Networks Location: Noida / Hyderabad / Kolkata Preferred Candidate: Female Salary: Up to 5 LPA Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Job Brief: JRS Global Networks is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, as well as handling complaints and customer concerns. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders accurately Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales, and document useful information Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferably over the phone) Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems

Ability to learn and explain products/services effectively Excellent English communication skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to address complaints effectively Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation
