Bioprocess Inside Sales Representative

POSITION REPORTS TO: Sales Department

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative/Administrator help prospect within existing accounts, target accounts and new locations for bioprocess accounts for the Director of Corporate Accounts to help drive sales. The position requires a dynamic, self-driven, confident team member who is responsible for the general administrative support, prospecting using LinkedIn Navigator, scheduling meetings and Lunch & Learns for sales of bioprocess, research and laboratory products and Single-Use services specific to life science within a defined account base serving customers engaged in academic, pharmaceutical, biomedical, and other fields of research and development. You team with your Director of Corporate Accounts to help maintain effective customer relations, develop opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assure market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales metrics and administrative tasks.

· Perform prosecting sales calls, InMails, emails and scheduling meetings with existing and potential new customers.

· Maintain an accurate record of all leads, activity in customers’ accounts, meetings Dynamics Sales 365 CRM.

· Alerting existing customers of new products, promotions, special events and product enhancements that may be of interest.

· Help to ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.

· Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through marketing materials.

· Work independently while also leveraging available resources to meet customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.

· Excellent sales prospecting and meeting scheduling skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Performs additional duties as directed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Preferred High School education or equivalent.

· Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR

· Minimum 2–5year experience in inside sales or sales administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,802.83 - ₹40,805.68 per month
