Key Responsibilities:

Engage potenal customers through calls, emails, and virtual meengs to generate leads and close sales.
Build and maintain strong relaonships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Provide exceponal customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all sales acvies in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the markeng and business development teams to align sales strategies.
Bachelors degree in any eld (Sales, Markeng, or Business-related elds preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer aracon roles.
Strong verbal communicaon skills in [Hindi and English].
Prociency in MS Oce and CRM soware.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
