1. Timely action on inquiry business opportunity as per the defined timelines and follow up with the customer on each enquiry quoted2. Coordination with pricing team to improve the inquiry business conversion.3. Maintain inquiry log on a day to day basis with proper and accurate customer feedback.4.Ensure minimum 35% success rate on total enquiries quotedSales support 1. Assisting sales team to achieve target on bringing new customers onboard, deep selling to existing customers and maximizing the revenue of sales2. Assisting sales team with the relevant data, reports required from them to be submitted to the management
