Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential students through inbound/outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and follow-up communications.
  • Counsel students and parents about educational programs, career paths, and admission processes.
  • Identify students’ needs and provide guidance on appropriate courses and services.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective sales and consultation strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
