Inside Sales Representative

You will be working at Virtual Building Studio (VBS), a top provider of outsourcing services for the AEC industry. Your role involves conducting outreach campaigns, nurturing client relationships, acting as a liaison, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Regular updates and reports on outreach activities are part of your responsibilities. Your communication skills must be excellent with a strong command of English, including proficiency in speaking with a US accent. Experience in the outsourcing industry is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment, and basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
