Job Description

About the Role:

We are hiring a driven and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, explaining offerings, and converting interest into sales — all through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools.

If you enjoy interacting with people, closing deals, and growing within a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp leads, and follow-ups
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored event/product solutions
  • Convert leads into confirmed registrations or sales
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer data
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
  • Provide post-sale support when needed and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain services or event offerings confidently and clearly
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (more languages is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills – CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace
  • Strong follow-up and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or LeadSquared
  • Experience in events, automotive, or lifestyle-driven industries
