Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Home Interiors

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

• Proactively communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their home interior requirements and preferences.

Product/Service Promotion:

• Present and clearly communicate the value proposition of our interior design solutions, emphasizing quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

• Schedule meetings for clients with the design and sales teams.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing databases and industry contacts.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and providing relevant guidance throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or similar roles.

• Experience in interior sales is a plus; however, strong sales experience from any industry is also welcome.

• Good understanding of customer needs and basic design concepts is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a team.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

• A passion for home interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
