Inside Sales Representative

This position based in Chakan, Pune, is responsible for driving top-line sales and enhancing customer experience through the effective utilization of digital platforms and tools to manage accounts and promote the Tetra Pak portfolio. Your responsibilities will include delivering financial targets for transactional customers, focusing on market growth priorities for selected accounts, and identifying growth opportunities by increasing sales to active customers. You will also be tasked with generating leads and opportunities through up/cross selling defined products/solutions based on customer needs, nurturing leads to opportunities conversion for transactional customers, and capturing customer needs accurately to configure solutions that maximize value for the customer and Tetra Pak. Furthermore, you will drive customer engagement and experience for transactional accounts, leverage digital platforms to enhance sales efficiency and promote the Tetra Pak portfolio, and ensure commercial compliance by understanding and adhering to Tetra Pak's Commercial Practices framework, regulatory requirements, and general code of conduct. To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in sales/marketing, along with relevant experience in inside sales. Experience in sales and customer experience leveraging digital platforms and tools will be beneficial.
