Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for an Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, fostering customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and managing accounts. Additional duties involve engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to build strong relationships and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in
Inside Sales and lead generation for business growth
- Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build strong client relationships
- Expertise in Account Management to ensure long-term partnerships
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate a solution-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the technology distribution or related industry is an advantage
