Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in products/services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and nurture prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing product benefits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT & Saas Products
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
