What You’ll Do

• Identify, research, and qualify HR decision-makers in leading Indian companies

• Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls

• Tailor every pitch — no scripts, no spam

• Set up discovery meetings and hand over seamlessly to the sales team

• Keep track of all outreach activities in our CRM (Zoho)

• Collaborate with the sales manager and content team for impactful campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

• Women on a career break who want to restart their career in B2B sales

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) — confidence in engaging senior HR leaders is key

• Prior exposure to B2B sales, HRTech, EdTech, or SaaS preferred

• Highly organized, curious, and eager to learn

Hands-on with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM tools, or AI prospecting tools is a plus
