In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Call Handling: Answer and manage incoming calls promptly while providing accurate information about our services. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level. Sales Process: Guide prospective customers through the sales journey by addressing queries and providing relevant solutions. Customer Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition. CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the CRM system for efficient follow-ups and sales tracking. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Persuasive and convincing communication style to drive sales conversions. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
