Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Handling:

  Answer and manage incoming calls promptly while providing accurate information about our services.

• Lead Qualification:

  Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level.

• Sales Process:

  Guide prospective customers through the sales journey by addressing queries and providing relevant solutions.

• Customer Support:

  Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Product Knowledge:

  Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.

• CRM Management:

  Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the CRM system for efficient follow-ups and sales tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Persuasive and convincing communication style to drive sales conversions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
