About the Role

Inside Sales Representative – German Speaker


In this role, you will generate and qualify leads through email outreach, internet research, and AI-based search tools. You'll contribute directly to our revenue pipeline by identifying prospective customers, sending personalized email campaigns, and creating opportunities that our senior sales team can convert into orders.


This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate who is tech-savvy, fluent in English and Mandarin, and motivated to grow their career in international B2B sales.


You must have professional proficiency in German (oral and written)


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Use internet research and AI tools to identify potential leads in target industries.
  • Craft and send outbound email campaigns to introduce Vyrian’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Track and manage leads effectively using internal systems and spreadsheets.


Sales Development

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess sales potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for follow-up and conversion.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to improve targeting strategies.


Reporting & Collaboration

  • Document lead data, response rates, and campaign outcomes for internal reporting.
  • Maintain regular communication with the global sales team to align on priorities and lead status.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on tools, processes, and communication techniques.


Who We’re Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
  • Must have proficiency in both English

    and German

    (written and verbal)
  • Must provide Mandarin proficiency certifications.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Comfortable with AI prompt engineering, internet research, and digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, writing ability, and professionalism in email communication.

  • Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an international business environment.


Additional Information

  • This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
  • You must have access to a personal computer for work purposes.
