Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time sales development representative to join our growing team! Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for closing deals.



Responsibilities

  • Identify target markets, qualified prospects, and key decision-makers in accounts across different geographies. Create and prioritise strategic target account lists
  • Cold-call or email decision-makers in prospect accounts to set up meetings and product demos.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.


Key Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in BE/BBA/ preferred or any relevant field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity, and the needs of prospects.
