Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Key Responsibilities

● Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone and other communication channels to promote our services using well-structured scripts
● Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales accordingly.

● Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries
● Refer qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary● Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system● Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently● Keep detailed logs of calls, customer interactions and sales outcomesRequirements

● Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role
● Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably through phone-based selling● Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems● Quick learner with the ability to clearly explain and promote services● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills● Resilient, goal-oriented and able to handle objections and rejection● Strong negotiation skills● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or relevant experience in the finance domain is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
