Role Overview:

In-Office Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with prospective leads from our database.
• Explain TopMentors unique selling points (USPs) and course details effectively.
• Address queries and provide clarity about course modules, faculty, certifications, and placement opportunities.
• Convince potential students to enroll in our courses by understanding their career aspirations.
• Maintain a record of calls and admissions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• A proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
