As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for converting leads into sales opportunities, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with other sales team members. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads using various methods, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and social media platforms. Ensure leads are aligned with the companys target market. Sales Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their needs and pitch the company's products and services effectively. Sales Conversion: Engage with prospects to move them through the sales funnel, closing sales and driving revenue. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and offering solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team and other departments, such as marketing and product, to develop sales strategies and meet company objectives. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Regularly update forecasts and sales pipelines to track progress against targets. Market Research & Feedback: Monitor competitors and industry trends to provide relevant insights and feedback to improve the sales process and product offerings. Team Development: Collaborate with senior sales leaders to contribute to team development and share best practices. Provide mentorship to junior team members as required. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their business requirements. Demonstrates empathy and professionalism. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. Comfortable with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for remote sales engagements. Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve individual and team sales targets. Ability to track performance and adjust strategies to achieve results. Problem-Solving: Excellent critical thinking skills to handle objections and find solutions that benefit the customer while driving company growth. Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.
