Job Description

As a Senior Role at Axtria, you will be responsible for leading the offshore inside sales team supporting the US and EU markets. Your role will involve developing and executing inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing collaboration with marketing and account sales teams. It is essential to have a strong track record in inside sales leadership, demand generation, and enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the life sciences, SaaS, or analytics domain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the inside sales strategy to drive revenue growth across US and EU markets - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing inside sales team, ensuring best practices in outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification - Own sales targets and optimize the lead generation engine by partnering with marketing and business development to improve conversion rates and deal velocity - Implement data-driven sales processes, leveraging CRM, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency - Work closely with business, marketing, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer engagement - Track key sales KPIs, including lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline coverage, and contribution to closed deals - Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree required - 16+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams - Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact in US/EU markets - Experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics, or life sciences technology sales is highly preferred - Strong understanding of sales automation, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and lead qualification frameworks - Exceptionally disciplined leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills - Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of sales analytics and reporting In addition to the above, Axtria is a global provider of cloud software and data analytics to the life sciences industry.
