Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will connect with potential clients across global markets via phone, email, and online platforms. You will be trained to understand customer needs, explain our products or services, and support the sales process to convert leads into business opportunities. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Note: English communication skills must be good for this profile, as it involves international calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce the company’s offerings.
• Respond to inquiries from potential customers across different regions..
• Schedule product demos or follow-up calls with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls .
• Learn and use scripts and sales techniques provided during training.
• Build rapport and maintain a professional tone during customer interactions.
• Work closely with team leads and managers to achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Provide timely feedback and reports on customer interactions

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business.
• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written(must).
• Willingness to work night shifts or flexible hours to accommodate international time zones..
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner
• Interest in sales, business development, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and eager to learn
