Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Banking / Financial Services Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers may also apply) Salary: 20000-25000 ⸻ Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused female candidate to join our team as an Education Loan Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting students and parents in understanding, applying for, and securing education loans. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of loan products and financial procedures. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Counsel students and parents about available education loan options, eligibility, and documentation. • Assist applicants in completing loan applications and ensure all required documents are submitted. • Coordinate with internal departments and financial institutions for loan processing and disbursement. • Follow up with applicants and banks to ensure timely approval and disbursal of education loans. • Maintain accurate records of loan applicants and processed applications. • Resolve queries related to loan processes and provide customer support throughout the application journey. • Promote awareness of education loan schemes through outreach activities, events, and seminars. ⸻ Qualifications: • Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in financial services. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
