An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving our sales using phones, emails, and other virtual communication tools to connect with potential and existing customers.
Their core responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, and provide update to us.
Exhibition leads / email leads generated to be properly sorted out and even a single lead should not be missed.
Aligning to our Sales Pipeline and co ordinating the sales engineers about their visit plan, demo plan, enquiry update etc.,
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels like cold calling, emailing, and social media, and then assessing the potential of these leads.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about products or services.
Developing a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicating their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
Tracking and managing the progress of sales opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and progression.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Working effectively with other sales team members, marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Providing ongoing support to existing customers, addressing their inquiries, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services
