Job Description

Inside Sales Executives

If you are passionate about communication, confident in closing deals, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote company services like
TradeIndia subscriptions, Digital Marketing, and IT solutions
.
Identify client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client details and sales data in the CRM.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the Field Sales and Business Development teams for closures.
Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum
6 months to 1 year
of experience in
Tele Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales
.
Experience with platforms like
TradeIndia, IndiaMART, JustDial, or similar services
preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills in
English & Hindi
.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
Qualification: Graduate candidates may apply.
