Urban Company started as UrbanClap in November 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav, and Varun, realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented, and offline. Customers found it challenging to avail quality services conveniently, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. The founders felt that the industry was ripe for disruption, and launched Urban Company, with three key principles in mind -

Location: Delhi Sultanpur office (Work from Office)
Work Days: 6 days a week (weekends included)

About the Role
We are hiring 15 Inside Sales Agents to drive customer conversions for Revamp (Wall Panels & Micro-Renovations). The role will involve calling customers, explaining offerings, and ensuring seamless booking of services.

Responsibilities
*Call and engage with customers to understand their requirements.*Pitch Revamp solutions and close bookings.*Achieve daily/weekly targets on calls, bookings, and conversions.*Maintain high-quality customer interactions aligned with Urban Company standards.

Who Can Apply
