Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new leads received from digital platforms.
• Explain our services and study abroad opportunities (Ireland, UK, etc.).
• Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and readiness.
• Schedule appointments or Zoom consultations with senior counselors.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead engagement and conversions.
• Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education counseling preferred.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

Work Location:

• Noida Office: Wave One Towers, Sector-18
• Full-time, Monday to Saturday

Salary Range:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)
