As an Inside Sales Executive in the Tech Sales team at our company, your role will involve owning the end-to-end sales cycle for inbound Hindi-speaking leads. You will be responsible for conducting product discovery calls, live demos, and closing deals with startup and SMB customers. Your agility, adaptability, and ownership will be crucial in our fast-paced startup culture, where you will also contribute to setting up and refining sales processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage inbound Hindi and English leads, guiding them from qualification to closure. - Conduct product discovery calls and live demos to understand customer pain points and offer solutions. - Handle the entire sales cycle including pipeline management, negotiations, and deal closures. - Ensure accurate records and updates in CRM tools such as HubSpot or LeadSquared. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for seamless handoffs and feedback. - Assist in setting up and optimizing sales processes as the team expands. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or tech sales. - Demonstrated success in independently managing and closing deals. - Proficiency in using CRM systems like HubSpot or LeadSquared. - Familiarity with contract management tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. - Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment. - Must be located in Chennai or willing to relocate for office-based work. If you have prior experience selling SaaS or technology products to SMB or startup customers and a strong grasp of sales metrics, process creation, and pipeline management, it would be considered a plus.
