Inside Sales Executive

Job Role

Job requires the Inside Sales executive who engage with customers through online chat and toll free platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance. Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues. Pitching relevant offering and converting them into sale. Doing outbound calls to existing client and share offerings we have and convert them in business.

Key Deliverables / Principal Accountabilities:

• Answering chats and toll free calls and helping customer with offerings we have
• Doing outbound calls to existing clients and offer them renewals / upgrades/ new sale etc
• Build relationship with client and converting them into revenue
• Coordination with different departments as and when required to fulfil business goals
• Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile (Qualification, Experience & Skills required):

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in call center or fresher
• Comfortable working in 24/7 shift
• Must be fluent in English writing and speaking
• Must have Hindi as second language (fluent in Hindi speaking)
• Basic computer/ technical knowledge

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be graduate (BSc , BBA, BCom etc.)

• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and management.
