Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product/service solutions
  • Schedule product demos and presentations with prospects
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Update and manage CRM with lead information and activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign feedback and lead quality
  • Follow up with past leads and existing customers for upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and handle rejection positively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,020.58 - ₹30,800.40 per month
