Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Executive focusing on the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building relationships with prospective customers, converting prospects to clients, and managing the sales lifecycle. You will be the key player in understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, and delivering an outstanding customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with the ability to convert prospects into customers.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and presentations.
• Strong Customer Service orientation with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
• Proficiency in Sales processes, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
