Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive-SMB, based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building strong relationships. The Inside Sales Executive will manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining excellent customer service. The role will also require collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals and contribute to business development.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
• Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
