Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing customer interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves communicating effectively with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting appropriate solutions, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and maintain detailed records of sales activities.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to achieve and exceed Sales targets
  • Experience in client relationship building and problem-solving
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
