Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive at Simplilearn, your primary responsibility will be to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls in a voice process, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers effectively. - Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to increase sales opportunities. - Communicate with customers to build and strengthen relationships through follow-ups. - Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services is essential. - Exposure to an international voice process is required. - Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. - Candidates with 1+ years of sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
