About the Role :

Experience Required:

      • 2 to 5 years of B2B Inside Sales experience, ideally in datacenter, IT infrastructure, cloud, or SaaS environments.

Job Overview

      • We are seeking high-performing Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to fuel our colocation lead generation efforts in key Indian metros. Reporting directly to the Business Head Colo (India), the ISR will play a pivotal role in expanding white-space coverage, acquiring new logos, and driving pipeline quality as we shift from third-party to in-house sales development.

Key Responsibilities

      • Identify and qualify high-value leads using databases such as Dun & Bradstreet and tools like Lusha and RocketReach.
      • Execute 50+ outbound engagements daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
      • Deliver 10+ qualified leads/month, each with deal value 25 Lakhs.
      • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene, updating lead and activity data weekly.
      • Coordinate with regional field sales teams for seamless hand-offs and conversions.
      • Drive structured outreach across white-space accounts and report progress weekly.
      • Track key metrics and share market feedback with leadership.

Candidate Profile

      • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • 25 years of experience in high-volume B2B inside sales, ideally within datacenter, IT infrastructure, or cloud services.
      • Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written).
      • Fluency in regional language is mandatory (e.g., Tamil for Chennai, Marathi for Mumbai, Hindi for Noida).
      • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern prospecting platforms.
      • Energetic, results-driven, and adaptable with strong interpersonal abilities.
