Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

All work to be done from KTA Corporate Office. (It is not a field work)

1.Customer and Dealer Coordination:

communicate with customers and dealers via Emails and Telephone.

Address inquiries related to sales and services promptly and professionally.

Take the follow up of KSR (KTA Sales Representative) Visits to achieve the targets through Unolo app.

Increase the sales of products and profitability.

2. Sales Order Processing and Invoicing:

Process sales orders in the ERP system.

Maintain and update sales reports within the ERP system.

Prepare Invoices.

3. Order and Production Coordination:

Track the status of pending orders with the production department.

Ensure that materials are dispatched as per scheduled.

Take Follow up on commitment dates given by production department.

4. Daily Reporting:

Prepare and submit a daily report of work accomplished.

Document all activities and completed tasks in the diary.

5. Logistics:

Coordinate with channel partners to book shipments.

Maintain records of all the shipments.

6. Additional Duties:

Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Preferred candidate profile

Good English Communication Skill Required.

Should be comfortable to join immediately.

Familiar With Excel, MS Word, Gmail.
