Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage client interactions and conversions from our office. Your role will involve engaging potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp, explaining the features of our mutual fund platform, and supporting them through the onboarding process. Consistent follow-up, accurate CRM updates, and achieving monthly targets are essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Clearly explain platform features and guide users toward suitable mutual fund options.
  • Qualify, nurture, and convert leads across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and updated call logs, chat interactions, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam is an added advantage).
  • Full-time availability for an office-based role.
  • Interest in finance, investments, or mutual fund products.
  • Self-driven, confident, and excellent in follow-up.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
