About Company

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain NoBrokers products/services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
  • Drive sales and revenue by converting leads into paying customers.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and closure.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Update CRM tools with accurate customer details and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional language is a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
