Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at Qeagle, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements will be crucial in order to effectively route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Your goal will be to close sales and achieve quarterly quotas by researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest. To excel in this role, you should have proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas. A strong phone presence is essential, along with experience in making dozens of calls per day. Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools is required to effectively communicate with prospects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively are all key attributes for success. Collaboration with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals is an integral part of the role, as is maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Coordination with other team members is essential for seamless workflow and achieving collective targets. Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory for effective communication with customers. If you have between 0.6 to 4 years of experience in sales, possess skills in cold calling, lead generation, and B2C sales, and are looking for a day shift opportunity in Palavanthangal, Chennai, then we encourage you to apply for this position.
