Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inbound Sales Executive to manage and convert incoming leads for our coworking and office space solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, web forms) from prospective clients seeking coworking spaces or office solutions. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace options. Schedule site visits, coordinate with partners/operators, and follow up with clients post-visit. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and lead nurturing. Maintain accurate lead data and client communication in the CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences, objections, and competitive insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-06 months of experience in inbound sales, preferably in real estate, coworking, or a B2B environment.
