Inside Sales Executive (Off Role)

Role & responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Research:

  Identify and research key accounts, companies, and contacts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Outreach Strategy:

  Develop and tailor outreach strategies based on industry, persona, and account-specific needs.

• Multi-channel Engagement:

  Execute outreach using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels to initiate conversations and build rapport.

• Pipeline Development:

  Own the top-of-funnel lead generation and consistently deliver qualified meetings and opportunities to Zonal Managers / Cluster Heads.

• CRM Management:

  Accurately document all activities, interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide feedback from the field and optimize messaging.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT SaaS, Solution and/or product selling domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or other sales prospecting tools is a plus.
• Self-starter with high ownership, curiosity, and persistence.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and best practices.
