Job Summary:

Inside Sales Executive

greenfield client acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients across the

    UK GCC market

    using outbound and inbound channels.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product/service presentations to engage decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs related to GCC establishment, transition, or optimization, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure effective follow-ups for deal closures.
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on GCC market developments, UK enterprise expansion trends, and competitor positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience

    in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (B2B preferred).
  • Hands-on experience engaging with

    UK-based clients and GCC opportunities

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to open

    greenfield markets

    and build new client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools

    such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Qualified GCC leads generated.
  • Lead-to-deal conversion ratio.
  • Revenue achieved against quarterly targets.
  • Client acquisition and engagement success rate.
  • Sales activity metrics (calls, meetings, demos, proposals).
