Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented inside sales executive to drive sales growth within the Middle Eastern and African markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT hardware, services, or software sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Generate leads and qualify prospects through outbound calls and emails. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our portfolio of IT offerings. Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in a spreadsheet. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT hardware, services, or software sales in the Indian, African, or Middle Eastern market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
